What is Trauma Trained, Somatic and Holistic Counseling?
This approach combines a safe, nonjudgmental space for talk therapy, combined with somatic and holistic modalities, such as: nervous system regulation, Somatic Parts Work, hypnotherapy, energy awareness and self exploration. I work in partnership with clients to create goals and a roadmap towards healing and self-compassion.
What is couples counseling?
I’m an Imago Relationship trained therapist, which focuses on helping couples communicate in a healthier way. I also use somatic approaches to help clients learn to coregulate, create safety and repair ruptures faster. LGBTQIA+, Kink, Polyamory and CNM couples are welcome. Blue Cross, Blue Choice does not cover couples therapy. Rate is: $220 for 60 minute session.
What is Heart Centered Hypnotherapy?
This form of hypnotherapy can only be practiced by Licensed Mental Health professionals and can be part of your therapy journey. Hypnotherapy helps the conscious mind to relax and allows clients to enter a deep state of relaxation where they can access stuck core beliefs and heal trauma. Common goals include: releasing stress, shifting core beliefs to healthier ones, releasing stuck patterns of behavior. The client is always in charge of the session and can exit the hypnotherapy state at any time.
Do you accept insurance?
I only accept BC/BS. Out of pocket rate for individual sessions: $165 for 50-minute session and $220 for couples.

Typically, we will meet once a week, depending on your individual needs. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. We will discuss length of treatment, as well as knowing when it’s time to graduate.
