Our Journey

Our Values and Approach

Ruth is a trauma trained therapist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C) since 1997, a yoga teacher/sound healer since 2000. At the heart of Ruth's practice is  deep commitment to supporting young adults in their healing and self-discovery. She believes in creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where each person is supported on their unique path. Her approach is rooted in holistic healing, combining somatic therapy, energy work, and mind-body practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and embrace their true selves. She values creativity, authenticity, and self-empowerment, and strives to help clients overcome trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem, by fostering resilience and self-compassion. She also provides couples therapy to both traditional and non-traditional lifestyle couples. Ruth's practice is LGBTIA+, kink, ENM and Polyamory affirming and aware.
